Travel Agents Resource Hub Membership Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Travel Agents Resource Hub Membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) with Travel Agents Resource Hub.
Continuous Access:
The Travel Agents Resource Hub Membership provides instant, unlimited access to our full collection of digital resources, templates, and guides. Access includes materials covering multiple travel destinations and planning resources, currently valued at over $1,000 USD.
Active Membership Required:
All resources, templates, and updates are available only while your membership remains active and in good standing.
Renewal:
Memberships automatically renew on your subscription date, unless canceled prior to the renewal.
Termination of Access:
If your membership is canceled, not renewed, or otherwise terminated, your access to all resources, templates, and updates will be immediately removed.
Permitted Use ✅
Members are authorized to use all Travel Agents Resource Hub materials for their own travel business purposes, including:
Creating client proposals, itineraries, and presentations.
Integrating resources into client service workflows.
Modifying templates to match your branding and client needs.
Prohibited Use ❌
To maintain the value of the membership for all members, the following are strictly prohibited:
Sharing Access: Membership credentials may not be shared with anyone, including staff, partners, or colleagues who are not paying members.
Sharing Materials: Templates, documents, guides, or any membership content may not be shared, sold, or distributed to non-members.
Resale & Redistribution: Content may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or given away in original or modified form.
Public/Shared Drives: Uploading files to shared or public drives (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint) that non-members can access is prohibited.
Template Repurposing: You may repurpose and adapt the templates for your own business use; however, the final materials must reflect your own branding and style. The look, feel, and presentation should be distinct from the original templates so that they clearly represent your business rather than the SR Travel Advisor Resource Hub designs.
Right to Remove Access:
Travel Agents Resource Hub reserves the right to immediately pause or remove membership access for violations of these T&Cs, including unauthorized sharing, duplication, or misuse of resources.
Program Changes:
Membership content, resource structure, or pricing may be updated at any time. Major changes will be communicated in advance to all active members.
Refund Policy:
All payments are final and non-refundable due to instant access to digital content, resources, and templates upon subscription.
Liability:
Travel Agents Resource Hub is not responsible for any errors, losses, or issues arising from the use of membership content in your business operations. Members are solely responsible for ensuring all materials provided to clients are accurate, compliant, and tailored to their needs.
Agreement:
By subscribing to the Travel Agents Resource Hub Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The Travel Agents Resource Hub aims to provide a fair, supportive, and valuable resource to help you confidently grow your travel business.
